Marsha D White

Marsha Diane White, 57, of Hempstead, TX, died on January 12, 2023.

A memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at First Pentecostal Church, 1001 Prairie Lea Street, Brenham, TX.

Marsha was born on March 5, 1965 in Port Lavaca, TX to Charles Joseph and Katherine Lackey Dorries. She married her husband, Kevin White, on August 19, 2018.

Marsha truly loved to perform karaoke in front of an audience and was amazing at it. She always loved animals and had four dogs and a cat of her own that she loved dearly. She was always busy doing crafts and refurnishing furniture. She also enjoyed dancing and no matter what she was doing at any given moment, she always had a great time.

Marsha is survived by her husband, Kevin White, of Hempstead, TX; sons and daughters-in-law, Charlie Stewart and wife Allison of Brenham, TX, Michael Stewart of San Angelo, TX, Jordan West of Longview, TX, Clayton White and wife Java of Temple, TX, and Tyler White and wife Tanner of Bossier City, LA; sisters-in-law, Pamela Read of Navasota, TX and Julie Vannoy of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Jonathan Stewart, Elena Stewart, Kylo Stewart, Aiden White, Tony White, Sutton White, and Palmer White; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Katherine Dorries; and sister, Shirley Hamilton.
