Jacquelyn Hueske

December 30, 1951 — November 16, 2020

Jackie Hueske went to be with the Lord on November 16, 2020 after a lengthy hard-fought battle with cancer. Jackie leaves behind a loving husband of 51 years, 3 amazing children, 2 beloved daughters-in- law, 5 precious grandkids, numerous wonderful loving nieces and nephews and canine companion Tilly.

A visitation will be held from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 20, 2020 and from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 21, 2020 with the family present from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Memorial Oaks Chapel with Carl Williamson officiating.

Jackie was born in Jacinto City, TX on December 30, 1951 where she resided until her marriage to Wayne Hueske of Brenham Texas. Wayne and Jackie lived in Humble, TX until they moved back to Brenham in 1998. Wayne and Jackie spent the last 22 years spending time with each other on trips and making memories.

Mrs. Hueske was a loving wife to Daryl for fifty-one years, wonderful and loving mother for forty-eight years, and an adoring mimi for nineteen-years. Jackie loved life to the fullest. She made everyone laugh and made them feel special. Jackie loved and cared for her family more than anything in the world. She absolutely cherished the time she spent with family playing games, watching movies and just hanging out.

She is survived by her husband, Daryl Wayne Hueske; sons and daughters-in-law, John Scott Hueske and wife Tracey Michelle of Brenham, TX, and Jason Wayne Hueske and wife Melissa Beth of Katy, TX; daughter, Jennifer Kay Hueske of Brenham, TX; brother and sister-in-law, Gary Smith and wife Mary; sister-in-law, Jenice Smith; grandchildren, Micah Hurst Contreras-Hueske, Makayla Michelle Contreras-Hueske, Serick Price Larson, Jaycee Marie Hueske, and Noah Andrew Hueske; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Gladys Smith; and brother, David Smith.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Micah Hurst Contreras-Hueske, Makayla Michelle Contreras-Hueske, Serick Price Larson, Jaycee Marie Hueske, Noah Andrew Hueske, Melissa Kendrick, Roger Hueske, and Melanie Thomas.

Memorials may be directed to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, 5001 Angel Canyon Road, Kanab, UT 84741.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 West Main Street, Brenham, TX 77833.
