Claudia Bronikowski

Claudia Agnes Bronikowski, 82, of Chappell Hill, died Oct. 30, 2020, in Katy, TX.

Visitation will be from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3 at Memorial Oaks Chapel with the family present at 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., along with a rosary at 7:00 p.m.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Chappell Hill with Father Jozef Musiol SDS, JCD officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Bronikowski was born Feb. 15, 1938, in Frelsburg, TX, to Joe and Hermina (Canik) Kubicek. On Sept. 26, 1959, she was married to Stanley Bronikowski Sr. at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Frelsburg. Mrs. Bronikowski enjoyed sewing, gardening, baking, cooking and spending time with family.

Survivors include her sons, Michael Bronikowski and Stanley Bronikowski Jr., both of Chappell Hill; daughter and son-in-law, Jane and James Sodolak of Brenham; brothers and sisters-in-law, Eugene and Delores Kubicek of Fayetteville and Clement Kubicek of Frelsburg; and sisters-in-law, Evelyn Kubicek of Columbus and Edwina Derkowski of Chappell Hill; grandchildren, Kaylee and Megan Sodolak; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Johnnie Kubicek; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Johanna and Felix Swiech, Martha and Thomas Gregory and Frances and Louis Kubiak; brother-in-law, Willie Derkowski Sr. and a nephew.

Memorial may be given to St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.
