Thomas Brinkmeyer

Thomas (Tom) Brinkmeyer, 91, passed away on December 30, 2025. Tom was owner of Tom's Sales and Services in Sound for many years in Brenham.

Tom was born on October 5, 1934 in Independence, Texas to Albert and Marie Brinkmeyer. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Verdene (Ganske) Brinkmeyer and their son Mike Brinkmeyer and wife, Bonnie. He was also "Grandpa Tom" to two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A visitation for Tom will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Memorial Oaks Chapel located at 1306 West Main Street Brenham, Texas. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 10:00 am at St. Paul's Lutheran Church -Rehburg located at 4450 FM 1948 N., Burton, Texas with the burial to follow in the church cemetery.
