Roberta Johnson

Roberta Cole Johnson, 96, of Brenham, died June 23, 2008, at Trinity Medical Center in Brenham. Mrs. Johnson was born July 18, 1911, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, to Robert L. and Pearl Melcina Severn Cole. In April, 1931, she was married to Harold C. Johnson. She was a homemaker. Surviving are one son, Thomas Robert Johnson of Houston, Texas; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be held Tuesday, June 24 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel in Brenham. A graveside service will take place Thursday, June 26 at 2:00 p.m. in Mound View Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
