Phillip Joseph Smith, 71, of Brenham, died Oct. 22, 2011 in Scott and White Hospital in Brenham. Mr. Smith was born August 6, 1940. A graveside service was held today at Prairie Lea Cemetery in Brenham. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main St., in Brenham.
