Mary Ann Quebe-Luce, 94, of Brenham, TX, died on December 16, 2023 in Brenham, TX.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Memorial Oaks Chapel in Brenham, TX.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 20, 2023 with Pastor Norm officiating at St. John’s Lutheran Church of Prairie Hill. Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m., at Prairie Lea Cemetery.

Mary Ann was born on July 8, 1929 in Alva, OK to Eric W. and Dorothy Haygood Moerbe. She was confirmed on April 8, 1943. She was married to T.C. Quebe until his passing in 1947. She was married to Adolph Forrest Luce on July 12, 2003 until his passing in 2019.

Mary Ann is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Theresa and Gerald Kuecker of Brenham, TX; sisters, Dorothy Strickland and Tillie Harrison of Brenham, TX; Grandchildren, Trenton and Melissa Kuecker of Brenham, TX; Tessa and David Ring of Fort Worth, TX; Great-grandchildren, Christian, Ainsley, and Oakley Kuecker and Reese, Rhett, and Reagan Ring.

Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents, Eric and Dorothy Moerbe; brothers, Warren Moerbe, Eric Moerbe, and Billy Moerbe; brothers-in-law, R.H. Muegge, Jack Harrison, and Nello Strickland, Jr.; son, Kurt D. Quebe, and daughter, Tanya Colleen Quebe.
