John Lester Cooper, 50, of Brenham, TX, died June 9, 2003, at his residence. Mr. Cooper was born June 11, 1952, in Tampa, FL, to Beauford and Virginia Morgan Cooper. He was a carpenter. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 13 in Prairie Lea Cemetery in Brenham with Rev. Dennis Keen officiating. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main St., in Brenham.
