A visitation for Howard will be held on August 23, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Memorial Oaks Chapel located at 1306 West Main Street Brenham, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm at Oak Rest Cemetery located at 9600 Mayfair Road, Brenham, Texas.
