Born to Elizabeth Ragsdale Feuille and Frank Feuille IV on October 5, 1969, in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended kindergarten in Juarez, Mexico, and later St. Clement’s and Coronado High School in El Paso. He was a Rotary Scholar in Barcelona, Spain, and attended Texas A&M University.
Cinco graduated from UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry in 1996 and completed his periodontics residency there in 1999. He came back to his favorite place on earth to open a practice, where he showed his devotion to the community and to his office team for 26 years. He loved his patients and his team, going to work every day in “Periodise.”
Cinco was a nationally known periodontist with a stellar clinical reputation and was a major asset to the El Paso dental community. He was involved in numerous dental organizations, including director, Seattle Study Club, Thunderbird cohort; president, El Paso District Dental Society; diplomate, American Board of Periodontology; fellow, International Congress of Oral Implantology; fellow, International College of Dentists; winner, Texas Leadership Young Dentist of the Year; member, Academy of Osseointegration; nominee, Academy of General Dentists, Texas Dentist of the Year.
Cinco loved an El Paso sunset, a bike ride, and an exceptional dog. His life and adventures took on a legendary quality, but his favorite thing was to be at home with his family. A perfect day ended when he walked in the door, calling out to kids and dogs, and immediately starting the Green Egg and turning on an Aggie game. He was an eternal optimist.
Cinco was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in March 2024. He endured suffering without complaint, ever faithful in God, and spent the last months of his life in Houston working every day to get better to get just a little more time with his children.
Cinco is survived by his wife, Kate, and three children, Milo, Charlie, and Ella; siblings Mary Elizabeth (Jim) and Forrest (Emily); nieces Kendall and Kathryn McComas and Alice and Charlotte Feuille; mother-in-law, Judy Farness; and a multitude of extended family and friends.
