Dean Mitchell Rybarski passed away on August 8, 2026, in College Station, Texas, at the age of 61. He was born on August 16, 1964, in Brenham, Texas, to Frank and Lucille Rybarski.

In his younger years, Dean was an outstanding bull rider. He was also a devoted father and loyal friend. Dean had a love for cooking and hunting, and he had a special love for all animals. He also enjoyed spending time on trail rides, creating memories and enjoying the outdoors.

Dean will be deeply missed by his mother, Lucille Rybarski; his son, Taylor Rybarski, and wife, Kelsey; granddaughters, Adonie and Everly; sisters, Shannon Schwartz and husband, Mark, and Debbie Eckert and husband, Johnnie; nephews, Michael Eckert and wife, Marian, and their children, Chet and Hudson Eckert; Trevor Eckert and wife, Jill, and their children, Gunnar and Rykar; and niece, Addie Luetge and husband, Colton, and their children, Laiken and Parker as well as extended family members, and dear friends.

Dean was preceded in death by his father, Frank Rybarski, and nephew Tanner Schwartz.

Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will live on through the family and friends whose lives he touched.

Viewing will be Thursday, August 13, at Memorial Oaks Chapel located at 1306 West Main Street, Brenham, Texas. The funeral service for Dean will be held on Friday, August 14, at 3:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel.

There will be a private burial after the service.
