If you have ever heard him talk about his Sunday schedule, then you know he always had multiple church service stops, then it was to HEB and the dollar store. In 1971, his family relocated to Brenham and Brenham Cycles was born on Alamo Street, of which he quickly outgrew. In 1972, a building on Main St. came available giving him more space and there he began carrying the Harley-Davidson brand. In 1975, he moved the Harley franchise to LaGrange, Texas and in Brenham started carrying the Suzuki brand on Market Street at the same time. He later moved the Brenham store to the location on Hwy 290, where he operated for many years. In 1977, he moved the store from LaGrange to Bryan, Texas as Aggieland Harley-Davidson which later became Liberty Classics.
