Billie Jasinski

November 5, 1941 — November 6, 2023

A day after his 82nd Birthday, our beloved Daddy and PoPo, Billie Jasinski, was welcomed into his heavenly home and met the face of his Creator.

Billie Boy was unique and one of a kind. A true man of God. He never met a stranger and loved big! His conversations and advice were proven to be invaluable life lessons for anyone he met along the way. Billie Boy was born in the Kuykendall community to Steve Sr. and Lillie Jasinski. He met the love of his life and best friend, Natalie, while working at Brentex Mills in Brenham, Texas in 1961.

A strong desire to become a heavy equipment operator led Billie Boy to a job at Robert Lange Inc. He started out as a scrapper operator, then soon transitioned into his love of the bull dozer. The bull dozer became his passion and he would talk about pushing dirt to anyone who would listen.

For most of his life, Billie Boy loved to bar-be-que. This led his wife and him to open a family owned and operated little bar-b-q joint on Hwy. 290 and called it J's Bar-B-Q. After putting out his last pit fire in 2015, he bought his own bull dozer and Billie's Dozer Service was born.

Billie Boy is survived by his loving family which includes his wife, Natalie, just shy of 61 years. His children, Tracy (Ricky) Wellmann, Billy Jo (Amy) Jasinski, Jason (Becky) Jasinski and Tina (Raymond) Heritage. Grandchildren, Skyler (Maddie) and Spencer Wellmann, Kurt (Lisa) Jasinski, Kristina (Cody) Gerik, Kennedy and McKinley Jasinski, and Rylan and Dylan Heritage. Great grandchildren, CJ Wellmann, Bentley and Adalynn Gerik and Dawson Jasinski. Brother, Steve Jasinski Jr., in-laws, Mary Horak, Bertha Geick, Margaret Brinkmeyer, Daniel Krause, Rita and Freddie Hugo. He is preceded in death by his parents, in-laws, brother, and grandson, Kelby Jasinski.

Funeral Mass will be Friday, November 10th, at 10 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church located at 701 Church St. in Brenham, Texas.
