Ann Schroeder

Joy "Ann" Schroeder, 80, went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on December 17, 2024. She was born on June 20, 1944, in Ranger, TX, to J.W. and Elizabeth Ball. Ann married the love of her life, Otto "Babe" Schroeder, in 1964, and they were separated only after his death in 2006. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and volunteer. She spent nearly a decade enthusiastically supporting her children's high school marching band as a board member.

She is survived by her four loving children, their spouses, and seven grandchildren: Amanda Kay and spouse Ryan Butler, Karen Ann and spouse Travis Mims, Carl Allen and spouse Atittaya, and Kenneth Lee and spouse Katie. Ann adored her grandchildren: Emily, Andy, Alex, Kyle, Isaac, Cody, and Amelia.

A graveside service will be held at Prairie Lea Cemetery in Brenham, TX on Saturday, December 21,2024.
