Wilmer Rios

Wilmer Rios, 22, of Brenham died in Trinity Medical Center on Tuesday morning, June 13, 2006. Born in La Union, El Salvador on January 25, 1984, Wilmer was a son of Isidro Guzman & Maria De La Paz. He received his education in the schools of the Brenham Independent School District. A skilled oil well tester, Wilmer was employed by Stuart Petroleum Testers, Inc. Survivors include his parents, Isidro & Maria Guzman; his younger bother, Walter Guzman, all of Brenham; his aunts, Petrona Cruz and Francisca Hernandez of Brenham and Natividad Serro of Houston. Wilmer is further survived by a number of cousins and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his brother, Misael. Public visitation will begin on Friday, June 16, 2006 at 7:00 a.m. with the family present to receive callers between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. in Memorial Oaks Chapel. The funeral service for Mr. Rios will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2006 in Iglesia Bautista Fuente de Vida at 306 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway with Pastor Mario Moreno officiating. Burial will follow in Prairie Lea Cemetery-Brenham, Texas.
