Charlie Smith

Charlie SMith, 65, of Brenham, died May 29, 2007. He was born in Orange, Texas on March 27, 1942 to Hugh and Alma Jefferson Smith, who have preceded him in death. He is survived by a sister, Nevia Lewis of Orange. Funeral services for Charlie Smith will be held Friday, June 1, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Brenham State Schol Chapel with Pastor Jim Ferguson officiating. Burial will be in Prairie Lea Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 31 until 7:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel, and on Friday, June 1 from 7 a.m. until 9 a.m. He will lie in state at the Lillian Wilder Chapel at Brenham State School from 9 a.m. until service time on Friday, June 1.
